I assume you are referring to S/4HANA native events?
If so, no. You can’t publish those directly to Solace out-of-the-box. SAP validates that you are trying to connect to an SAP supported broker, e.g. an Advanced Event Mesh broker.
You can use Asapio to go directly to Solace.
