Configure a non Transacted Router in JMS Tool Box

Hey @slsbel and @azakovorotny - to use JMSToolBox with Solace you will have to enable transacted sessions on the Solace broker. Reason being is JMSToolBox requires transactions to delete “all” messages in a queue.
