I’m using the Java RTO library. I would like to know if its possible to obtain the maximum message size that can be sent using guaranteed messages programmatically.

You can use your Session to Solace to retrieve your connection capabilities. For the guaranteed message size, you can use: SessionHandle.getCapability(CAPABILITY_MAX_GUARANTEED_MSG_SIZE)
