# SOLCLIENT\_SUBCODE\_DATA\_OTHER - Exceeded Spool File Limit

"{‘caller\_description’: ‘From service event callback’, ‘return\_code’: ‘Unknown (503)’, ‘sub\_code’: SOLCLIENT\_SUBCODE\_DATA\_OTHER’, ‘error\_info\_sub\_code’: 28, ‘error\_info\_contents’: “Exceeded Spool File Limit - Topic ‘my/topic’”  
Still haven’t resolved this issue as the docs are quite ambiguous about this error code. Solutions I’ve tried include:  
Increase Event-broker wide Guaranteed Message Maximum Message Spool Usage (MB) Increase Message VPN and queue Maximum Message Spool Usage (MB) Help please!
