NAB Error after appliance move

We have some old 3260 machines that we are hanging on to as we migrate to pubsub+ platform. We moved a pair to a new data center and I’m seeing this on one of the pair. Anyone seen this before?
I can’t get to the static IP configured in the msg backbone for this server. The network folks said they only see the mac address for the second server of the pair.
I swapped out the NAB card with a spare, but it’s still getting this error.

Slot 1/1: Network Acceleration Blade
    Product #: NAB-0210EM-01-A
    POST Status: FAILED
018 [NON-CRITICAL] NAB Platform BIST Failed, Mac Port 0 Line Interface Failed (code 20)

Looking through the provided documentation, I don’t find any specific information about troubleshooting a NAB card POST failure with error code 20 on a Solace 3260 appliance. While there is information about NAB replacement and general hardware maintenance, there are no details about specific POST error codes.

You might find relevant information in the following sources:

I recommend searching through the Solace documentation for more specific information about POST error codes and hardware troubleshooting.

Hi @jgandy,

Interesting. I haven’t personally seen that but will ping a few folks internally. Have you already opened a support ticket?

In case this ever comes up for someone else, the issue was that the wrong SFP module was used at the switch. They put in FETs instead of 10g SRs.
