Spring Boot 4 support

Hello,

Are you planning adding support for spring boot 4 on spring boot solace starters ?

I saw that this is something which is blocking a lot of ppl over the internet as Spring Boot modules change is breaking usage of the current starter.

Additionally pull request is waiting on GitHub but with no response from the reviewers.

Best regards
